With RDC’s Transitional Program, you may work in a healthcare environment and obtain experience working in the USA over the course of a year as you get ready for the NCLEX exam. As we are only available in Hickory, Salisbury, Wilmington and Winston-Salem (Triad Area).

Eventually, this program is open to recent graduates as well as experienced and novice Puerto Rican-trained nurses. Both inexperienced and recently graduated nurses are encouraged to apply!

NOTE: A nurse (with or without experience) CANNOT work in the USA as a Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse without passing the NCLEX Exam. We have also others 17 years old jobs in USA.

Job Description for Nurses:

We are searching for foreign registered nurses to work in Texas’s community hospitals. Our expectations are professional nurses care, diagnosis, identification of outcomes and implementations. As well as following the department policies and procedures.

The nurse helps to maintain a safe work environment, performs all relevant job duties in a safe way. Also gives patient care that is suitable for the age and developmental stage of the assigned patient.

As we are offering a program which allows the nurses to work as certified nurses assistant while preparing for NCLEX exam. We are also serving in foreign jobs in USA.

Key Responsibilities for Nursing Careers without NCLEX:

  • First support for the Compact State License.
  • Than the principal objective of a (CNA) is to maintain environment furnished.
  • Everyday nursing care and services to residents and patients.
  • Participate in following rules and the resident’s evaluation and care plan, as instructed by nursing supervisors.
  • Certainly, Level II Certified Nursing Assistants need to offer nursing services. In compliance with the State of North Carolina’s program for competency evaluation and Level II Nurse Aide training administered by the Board of Nursing
  • According to the resident’s preferences and care plan, provide resident-centered care.
  • Similarly, when call lights are activated, respond to them as soon as you can.
  • Help seniors with ADLs, such as brushing, clothing, grooming, and taking care of their nails, eyes, and ears.
  • Also help as needed with incontinence care, perineal care, and toileting.
  • Change the bed sheets as per requirements.
  • Help with feeding, preparing, and serving thickened drinks, as directed.
  • Lastly, helping with meal trays and serving as well.

Other Responsibilities Includes:

  • As designated and required, distribute new ice drinks and snacks.
  • Help in walking, moving, lifting, turning, and repositioning.
  • Furthermore, establish safe lifting norms.
  • Also show how to operate lift equipment correctly in accordance. With facility procedures and manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Use the electronic medical record system to document as directed.
  • Report any changes in the patients health in a timely and suitable manner.
  • Tell about any suspected criminal activity or mistreatment of a patient right once.
  • Use bed rails, positioning devices, and restraints only as directed.
  • Furthermore, be able to move to North Carolina.
  • Although to avoid skin breakdown, adhere to skin care guidelines and preventative actions.
  • Notify the supervisor right once if there are any open spots, redness, or other changes to the skin.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

NOTE: A nurse (with or without experience) CANNOT work in the USA as a Registered Nurse. Even though as practical nurse without passing the NCLEX Exam.

  • Must be certified in practical nursing and hold an associate’s or bachelor’s degree (BSN) in nursing from a Puerto Rican university.
  • Second 12 month commitment to work as a Certified Nurse Aide for a full year.
  • No experience is required.
  • As such no need of Puerto Rico nursing license.
  • You need to speak, read and write English.
  • Especially, finished a nursing program leading to an LPN, Associates, Bachelor/BSN, or BSN.
  • It could be necessary to bend sometimes, crouch, or reach frequently.
  • In accordance with State and Federal rules and criteria. Continue education it credits to keep your certification up to date.
