Key Responsibilities:
- To serve as an Industry Specialist with a primary focus on creating job.
- Opportunities and improving career readiness for MBA Consulting students.
- The main point of contact for all Simon Consulting students, teachers, alumni. Also to hire managers will be the Career Consultant for MBA Consulting.
- Oversees a caseload of students in addition to a portfolio of employment connections.
- Provide MBA Consulting students with job possibilities (40%).
- Meet with senior alumni and recruiting managers from prominent strategy companies that place MBA candidates summer associate roles.
- Create a plan to open doors at other companies for students who want to work for technology or consulting organizations.
- Act and Conduct virtual interviews and schedule follow-up interviews with professionals in the field.
- Teach student career advisors to use online tools and resources. In order to give basic career coaching on resumes, cover letters.
Other Additional Requirements Includes:
- Discuss associate and full-time offers with candidates and provide coaching.
- Track each given student’s work status on a regular basis.
- Maintain constant communication with students using print, electronic, and personal media.

- Participate in a team that is in charge of annual large-group programming.
- Create and deliver seminars and talks that are useful to students’ career goals and industry demands.

- Oversee and instruct student employees in project management, intermediate Excel, creating PowerPoint presentations.
- Gathering and analyzing data, and team building.
- Organization, time management, process polish, customer feedback loop, and results orientation are among the desired qualities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
