The ideal applicant will report to the GREJ unit’s:

- Communicate the Foundation and its work within important spaces under the supervision of the GREJ Director and Ford’s Office of Communications.
- Communicate with other POs in other working groups or committees that cut across the departments in the organization.
- Collaborate with a contributions processing team and involve direct reporting to the Donations Manager and the Program Assistant.
- Supervise another Program Associate for joint teamwork and supervise a Program Assistant who directly reports to the position to provide proper support to the grantees and the contribution-making practices.
