Key Responsibilities:

• Work both alone and as a team member with honesty.
• Manages packing tools, both automatic and manual, according to (SOPs).
• Prepares packing devices to be made in accordance  (SOPs).
• Although, first reply to issues with packing equipment.
• Verify that all jobs are done in a safe way.
• Works together with technicians to reduce all line loss and get a better functional knowledge of machines.
• Packing tools, both automatic and manual.
• Load packaging materials into the process flow.
• Move packaging materials to different positions along the wrapping line.
• Before packing unwanted material from equipment, inspect it for problems.
• Identify waste material which cannot be repacked.

Other Responsibilities Involves:

• Using data, identify and report equipment performance refers to to reliability and care teams.
• Document the steps taken within the correct batch specification.
• Furthermore, packing Machinery Preparation & Service.
• Clear/Clean Packing Materials.
• Check packaging equipment after cleaning.
• Set up and adjust the devices, using the necessary tools.

• Task Completion Safety.
• Follow defined safety standards while following to SOPs and GMPs.
• Actively accept duty for your and others safety.
• Specifically, determine, report, and document risks.

• First Response Packaging Equipment Challenges.
• Analyze when the problem is caused by the device itself or by the part that is being used with it.
• Gather/document important data at the time of the challenge.
